Seeds for Reading: Level 1 - All Access
This course includes 12 video lessons using our proprietary Parent-led Organized Teaching, or P.L.O.T ™ , approach to providing concrete, bite-sized, sequential learning at home. Each lesson has 3 parts: Model for you to watch, a prompt to practice together with your child and activities for your child to practice independently.
Seeds for Reading: Level 1 focuses on the 12 speech sounds that are not a part of African American English language that our children consistently read and write incorrectly in the classroom on assignments and tests.
This course is to support a child in Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade, Third Grade and provides additional learning for a child in Fourth or Fifth Grade who is reading below grade level. This course can be used with students have been pulled into small group teaching or who have IEPs.
